I've been painting a flat. I've looked at a lot of colour swatches. I've had to think about emotive responses to single colours.
Robert Plutchik's visualisations of dyads came to mind. I liked the idea of having them printed on business cards so they could be held like a colour swatch. The two colour emotions enable a dominos like patching together of emotions interrelation. The O.N. Rood quote creates a fitting feedback loop.
